I had a form working just fine for registration and PayPal payment. I decided to upgrade my account because I anticipated more payments and submissions. Now the form isn't working when you fill it and hit the Submit button.Page URL:

UPDATE: The link shows another form now because I had to change it since registration is live and I can't afford to be down. But I would still rather fix this one and put it back on.

I checked your form and it looks like you are using PayPal Express. There are a few things to a sure of when using PayPal Express. It requires a PayPal Business account and specific settings. Here is our guide on setting this up properly:
If you do not have a business account, delete your PayPal express field and add a regular PayPal field. This will redirect your users to PayPal for payment, rather than accepting credit cards directly in the form.
The form itself does appear to be working, so I believe it is indeed something with your PayPal express settings.
