I am not being notified about forms being complete.

    Hi,

     

    I used to get emails when a form had been completed by a client.  Now I'm not getting those notices.  Any reasons why or insights?

    Hello Kelly,

    Upon checking your email address hello@48fields.com, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

    Result: 

    hello@48fields.com is IN 

     the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 552 5.2.0 7f4o1t00g543mTc01 - 7f4o1t00g543mTc01f4oEe

    I have removed your email address from bounce list and it should work fine. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
