I keep getting a orange screen when I try to go to the Designer or Theme Screen. Is it broken.

I have tested the Designer and Theme tools with some of your forms, I was able to open both tools without any problem on my end.
Could you please share us the link to your form so we can test with it again?
Also, if possible, please share us a screenshot of the web console, that will help us to know if there is an error that is not allowing the tools to open.
These keyboard shortcuts will help you to open the console on Chrome:
Mac: Command + Option + J
Windows: Control + Shift + J
