Every time I go to the "My Forms" section, there are no forms that are appearing. I have at least 20 forms in my account, but I am not able to view them. I have tried to login several time and to do a hard refresh of the page, and it does not work. I have tried in both Google Chrome and I cannot see the forms.

Can you check again and see if you are logged in to the proper account? Better yet, you can try logging out and logging back in to ensure that you are using the correct account.
