Submissions counter not decreasing

After I go through and delete my form submissions, it doesn't reset the # of submissions to zero.

If you are referring to the monthly form submissions then it is normal. If you delete a submission, the submission counter will not be affected. You have to wait for the counter to reset every 1st day of the month.

But if you are talking about the Submission Storage then yes, if you delete a submission the Storage should decrease as well.
