Can you attach a Word documentat (or PDF attachment) to a form

I am wondering if I could create a form where part of the form would include the capability to upload or attach a Word or PDF document to the form?  Thank you!

You can indeed allow for file uploads through  your forms.  This can be accomplished by adding a file upload field to your form:
