I looked into your notification settings and I was unable to find any issues in the settings. Only one email address was successfully sent to your email address. I would suggest you to check if your mail server administrator has whitelisted all of our Jotmail's Ip addresses on the ncc.edu domain.
Also, check if your spam filter is allowing our mail domain to come through.
