We have 2 users in US who have submitted our online form but A) it doesnt appear on the excel download and B) has not been delivered to the first email addressee.
Could you please confirm if everything is working OK on the system and saving/sending documents satisfactory ?

Apologies, we had a brief issue with EU based forms that should now be fixed. If you have any further trouble with your forms not submitting, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

Unfortunately, those submissions may not have gone through and may require submitting once again.
