PDF form result generation has random hash tags and missing information

Hi, I just created a new form and filled it out and submitted it to test the submission results email. The table with the results in the email appears perfectly fine and functions normally. However, the PDF that was generated for the results is all messed up and has a ton of hash tags in place of information. (see attached scrrenshot) The resume file submission also gives an error when trying to open it from the pdf (but works fine from the email)

I see that your test form does not have any submissions now, may I know if you have deleted the submission?

Regarding the problem, there was an issue earlier that replaced most of the characters with "#". Our back-end team have fixed the problem. Could you please try again in your end and see if you are still having problems?

Yes I deleted the submission.

I tried again now and it worked fine. Thanks!
