I have set up an additional user but when I or they look onto that account, there is no information on the forms

Now with regards to the problem, I see you are in EU, to view the form submission data properly, I strongly advise to enable the "Europe Datacenter" option in your Account->Data page if you are in EU. Here's a screenshot to find this option:
