Could you please provide us more information about this? What do you mean to say that you cannot respond to email@example.com? Are you using our form to send email alerts on that address? I cannot see any JotForm account associated with your email or on the email of firstname.lastname@example.org. If you could provide us more information about the problem you are having, then please do share.
