I checked the link you provided (http://www.match-me.co/#signup) using my mobile device and it appears that I am being redirected to a different page for mobile (http://www.match-me.co/phone/index.html#signup). The form on the mobile page doesn't seem to be created on jotform. Can you please share us the link to the form where your jotform is embedded so we may check the captcha there? I will wait for your response. Regards.

I checked again your form but still I was not able to replicate the issue. I did check the settings of your form and I noticed that the Responsive form setting is disabled. Can you try to enable the Responsive form settings in your form and see if this will help fix the issue? To enable the Responsive form setting, just follow the instructions provided in this article: How to make forms mobile responsive.

I see that there are some script errors being generated while opening the form in the mobile device. Could you try embedding the form using iframe embed code and see if that helps?

As I check your JotForm account, I see that there are different forms for different widths. I don't think it is required to have multiple forms to embed for different sizes. The forms are default responsive and you may use only one form on each of your page designs. As we check the form using the direct link on a mobile, the form is displaying without any issues.

As I tried to open the web page in the iPhone 5s emulator, it looks like the page is freezing and unable to scroll down. I'm not sure if this is the issue with the errors displayed. Could you try changing the form URL in the iframe code from https://form to //form.

However, I am able to access the web page normally on iPhone 6S emulator without any issue.

Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.

I mean to replace the form URL as shown below and then embed on your web page:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.me/62102740774451" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; height: 5145px; border: none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Thanks!

I have checked your web page using an iPhone 6s and Samsung S7 emulators and seems to be displaying normally now. It looks like that you have increased the height in the iframe embed code to display the form correctly.

If you are still experiencing the issue, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.

    Thanks!
