Hi! Since yesterday I have been experiecing some troubles with my form.
Every fields works properly but when we try to submit a form it just freezes with the messages "please wait".
I have already cleared the cache but it is still not working.

I have tested your form and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. When I submitted your form I go redirected to Thank you page.
However from screenshot you provided it seems that you are unable to submit your form when you are editing your submission. Is that correct?
After that I have logged into your account and I found my test submission. I have then edited my submission and I resubmitted my form on the page you provided on your screenshot. I successfully submitted the form and I got redirected back to submission page. I also did couple of tests on my cloned form, but I was able to submit my form each time without any issues, both on live form and in edit mode.
Considering that I was not able to replicate mentioned issue, please try more time to edit your submission. I would also suggest you to first log out from you account and then log back in and then try to edit your submission. You can also try to use some other browser.
If I did not understood your issue correctly or if you are still unable to edit your submission, please provide us exact steps how to replicate mentioned issue. For example which fields do we need to fill or is this happening only when specific fields are filled.
