Our email has been added to your bounce list again. Every time this happens we are loosing time and money.

I checked your emails and so far none of it are in the bounce list.
The inclusion to the bounce list is a server response when your mail server has been rejecting emails from JotForm. In order to resolve this, or to prevent further rejections of emails by your server, you will need to contact your email service provider and ask them to white list the domains and IPs found from this list: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
You may check your email if it is in the bounce list by visiting https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings. On the bottom part you will see the tool there to check your email if it's in the said list.
