I have been creating a form for the last 5 hours and it got deleted

I have been working on a form for 5 hours and I stepped away for a few minutes and came back and poof there it goes. GONE!! Whats going on? The stripe add on still has the pictures embeded and I can still pull up the previewed form.

The biggest thing is I dont know if I should go back in and do it over again becasue i dont know if i can trust yalls program. Its what im looking for but as far as believing in it work i dont think i can. heres why:

I have already lost a big form i have been working on. I did a test on another form to see if i did work on it if it would save and IT DID NOT SAVE that time.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF SOME ONE COULD GET BACK TO ME ASAP. I AM TRYING TO LAUNCH A NEW PART OF MY BUSINESS AND THIS IS A INTEGRAL PART OF IT. SO PLEASE GET BACK TO ME. CALL ME OR EMAIL ME ASAP.

If you have issues with some other form, please provide us ID of that form. 

Regarding the form you have lost - Are you not able to find that form on your account of wrong version of the form is saved. Can you please provide us ID of that form? 

I have also checked your form http://www.jotform.us/form/62118468427157, which is integrated with Stripe and all product images are shown.

On your other form http://www.jotform.us/form/62117304724145, which has Purchase Order payment field, images are not shown, because image URL is is not correct. When I checked Image URL message [Error 404 Page not found] was shown.
