Form is in restore mode?

    How can I get a form I used before?  I made changes to the form, and now it is not loading..

    Your account hasn't been used in a long time so it was flagged as Dormant. Because of this dormant status, your forms were in restore mode. I've reactivated your account so you should now be able to use them without any issue. Regards.
