JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
There are ways on how to transfer or share forms to another account, here's a guide that you can refer to: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account
If you will be transferring the ownership of the form and it's submission data, then please note that if you are using custom URL on that form, that URL will no longer work. The new owner needs to recreate the custom URL. But the form's default URL, the one using the form ID, will still be accessible and won't be affected. Here's an example:
Here's my form with a custom URL: https://www.jotform.com/Charlie/TestCustomURL1
Here's the default form URL: https://form.jotform.com/61102494022947
You can see my username in the custom URL which is "Charlie". If I moved the form on a different account, then that custom URL will no longer be valid. The default form URL after transfer because the form ID doesn't change.
Let us know how you would like to proceed. If you will be proceeding to option #1, you can just reply on this thread.
