Registration translation

Hi,

I have problems with jotform.

I create a registration.

I try two manners to have a translation of my registration :

-  to add ENG by jotform (i filled your table) and I see the flag tjank to the link. But when I choose the ENG flag there is no translation while I see y sentences in french.

- I try in create a lot of case

Language : french or english

Typology : the contact choose between visitor, hosted buyer, exhibitor

After that according to the choose there are many informations to complete (but not the same according to the typology).

I need you help.
