I made a form quite a while ago but login is not recognising my email address and i am not being sent any jotform messages. people are telling me they have sent messages to me. i tried it myself and no message. here is the link to the jotform http://www.ysbarts.com/contactus.html

The given form has been created in the account fatema (email@example.com). You should reset the password using this email address.
You're not getting the form email because your email address has been bounced listed. I have fixed this already. You should receive the form emails now as well as the reset email.
- colletteAnswered on August 02, 2016 at 10:45 AMHi ok is it possible to change the email account the form was made on. As a volunteer did the form and I have lost contact with her. Will you be able to change it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have now seen that the forms were being sent here.

I would suggest creating your own account using your email address and we'll move the form there instead. You can signup at https://www.jotform.com/signup. Let us know your username after so we can proceed.
