How to get user's device information?

Is there anything i can add to my form that will tell me what device is being used to submit the form and then put that in notification?

I think this user agent widget would help http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_user_agent.

This basically grabs browser and OS information of the user filling out the form. With this information, you can differentiate if the user uses a desktop, smartphones or tablets.
