Form submission not going through

    I have a customer who said they have tried to submit a form three times and keeps getting an error message when she hits the submit button.

    I have attached a screen shot which was sent to me.

    I apologies for the inconvenience. Yesterday and today we faced some technical issues. And probably because of that your user was unable to submit the form. It was a temporary issue, and already fixed. So now your user will not face such type of issue, for new form submissions.
