Payment forms not depositing payment into our paypal account

We have contacted you several times and have yet to receive a response or any help.  Initially, we loved what Jot Form could offer us but at this point, I'm doubting our decision to use this service.  Please contact me as soon as possible to rectify this matter.  We have a few deposits made with one of your forms and the funds seem to be in a holding account on your end.  Paypal says everything is ok on their side and it must be a problem with Jot Form.  Please call as soon as possible.  We need to rectify this situation as soon as possible.

As far as I can see you have contacted us previously, but you have not replied back notifying us that the issue is not resolved.

We have a few deposits made with one of your forms and the funds seem to be in a holding account on your end.

Please note that we do not hold any payments, we simply do not have such mechanism.

Are you currently having issues with the 'Paypal Payment Form - Responsive' form?

Hi. Can you please be more specific, as far as where to set up the Paypal? Paypal is linked and I attempted to submit another payment today, and it's not in our Paypal account.
    Thanks

    Hello,

On your Paypal Payment Form - Responsive form, you have the paypal field but there is no account in it.

You should edit your form, click on the Paypal field, click on the wizard icon

Next, enter your account in the field provided

To give you a better understanding on how Paypal form works -- when a user enters the information such as selecting products, by pressing the submit button, he will be redirected to the Paypal website to which he shall then log in to his paypal account, or pay via credit card. Once the payment has been made, it should be credited to the account of the account set in the form (you).

If after making a submission, the person did not proceed on to logging in to complete his payment, there is no successful payment at all.

If you have questions, please let us know.

    Thanks.

Thank you! I think I have it completed now. Last question, what happened to the money that we already sent through Jot form that's showing pending in our personal Paypal accounts?

When you say you have money sent through JotForm, can you check your account that you used to send payment and the receiving account if payment was transferred?

But if I recall it correctly, you made a submission but there was no paypal account set in your form, is that correct?

Yes, I did it through my personal Paypal, and it is showing in a pending status. I did it again yesterday and got the same thing. I do have confirmation from Paypal that I sent payment.

You currently have 4 pending payments on your form, it means that the payment did not go through, it could be due to different reasons.

I would suggest you to enable the Instant Payment Notification on your PayPal account so you ensure the payment was done, here is the guide: How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal

Also, you should enable the Incomplete Payment Notification so you know when a payment is flagged as incomplete, guide: How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-Mail

If after doing this your payments are being flagged as incomplete, please let us know, we will be glad to take other look to your form.
