How to auto populate values in the field ?

Hi Team,

We are using Jot Form and we are now integrating it with Salesforce

We are using Zapier as we need to create a custom object record as feedback once the form gets submitted.

We send our for on a button click from opportunity which eventually sends out an email which contains the form link

I have two issue which I am facing currently

1. We need to re-populated view field on the form such Contact name and few custom fields from opportunity.

2. We need to also pass the opportunity id and Account id so that the feedback can get attached to relevant Account and Opportunity

please help us to achieve the above requirement.Any help would be appreciated.

Could be possible to get the link to your form and the fields you're trying to pre-populate?

So you can replace the fixed data set up in the link to the form with the dynamic data that you need to get passed.
