The "preferences" window will not open on any of my forms (when in edit).

Hi there, 

I would like to limit the number of submissions for the form I am editing and I clicked on "preferences" and it does not open. In the past when I click this, a small window opens where I can edit the preferences. Right now, nothing happens and no window opens. I have tried this on several of my forms. Can you tell me if there is something I can do to fix this issue?

PS I have not posted this form publicly as I do not want to accept submissions until I am able to limit them, so I cannot provide a URL for you as requested below.  

I checked your account and tried to open the Preferences. During my test, the Preference button seems to successfully open the Preference wizard. Please see the recording below. I checked this on several of your forms and they all open the Preferences without any issue.

May I ask what browser are you using to edit your forms? For the best experience, we suggest using Chrome or Firefox for building the forms. I would also suggest clearing your browser cache to see if that resolves the issue. If it still persists after clearing the cache, please let us know.
