Field data is coming through in a different order than the fields are in the form

How can I insure the answers to my forms are displayed in the same order are asked in the survey.

My survey has questions

3

4

But the Submissions show the answers in an order like:

1

4

2

The answers will make more scene to us if they are sorted in the order asked.

Answers should be shown in the order they are in the form.  I cloned your form to test it and this does look to be the case:
