How can I get tally check boxes of what users selected

Hi there,

To what degree can I customize the way my forms export? Right now, I can't really sort or use the data once it's gathered. I need to be able to assign a point total to each question which will show up and somehow be able to be tallied. 

 

Is it possible for someone from support to give me a call at 336-314-4355?

I am assuming that you would like to customize the submission data to export certain data to tally.

At the bottom of the grid you will find a search text box. You may use this to search for a specific information. Once you have found it you will be able to only export what is displayed in the grid.

If you do not wish to have all the fields, by opening the setting content menu, you can select which field you wish to see and export.

Thanks so much for your answer. This may help, but really what I’d like to do is tally every single check box + the scale to get a sum total.
E.g. every time someone checks a box, it will assign one point. At the end, there should be a score out of 100.
Does that make sense?

Thank you for your clarification. If you enter the properties of the check box or radio button, you have an option to enter a CALCULATION VALUE. If a user selects a particular optin, it will capture that value

Once You have the value, you can use the FORM CALCULATION widget. This will allow you get all the values and use the arithmetic to get the total.
