How to print from form as it looks?

I have created a form, but it is not useful if a user takes a print out online or make pdf. It shows a question per row format. I want the form to be formatted as the same as it appears online filling, so that a user can print it in the same format.

Please help.

Unfortunately, you can only use the print button provided on the form or you can try using the print on browser.
