Not able to see the questions I posted in the support forums 3 to 4 days ago.

    Is jot form having issues? I posted four questions on Wed/Thursday last week. No answers and I can't even see the questions in the forum.

    Let me re-phras this issue. Last week I posted several questions. Incredibly most were answered within hours - thank you. BUT I ALSO POSTED THREE OR FOUR QUESTIONS ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WHICH NEVER GOT A RESPONSE AND IF I CLICK MY QUESTIONS THEY DO NOT SHOW. SO SINCE POST QUESTION DIDN'T SEEM TO WORK I FOUND AND OLD RESPONSE FROM YOU AND POSTED MY CONCERN THAT MY NEW QUESTIONS AREN'T GETTING THROUGH.

    I WILL REPOST ONE RIGHT NOW AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

    I'm not sure if you're already aware that you can check all your support forum questions when you click the "My Questions" button from the Support Forum page.

    I have checked your account and I'm only seeing two questions under your account that were successfully posted from this week.

    Every time a user posts a question in the forums, it will be added under the username of the logged account.

    What I can only suggest is you make sure you're properly logged to your account before you post a question in the forums.

    Apologies for any inconvenience, may we ask for your other concerns, please? And, please open a separate thread for each question.

    Still having issues with posting questions to support from work using the support contact us link at the top of your pages. So far at least five submittals have gone into cyberspace. Today I used the Ask a Question link on the side of the Forum page an that work for me. Just saying...

    I can't seem to replicate the issue on my end. I posted a test question on the Contact Us page using my test account and I was able to see my question from the My Questions page. Perhaps an interruption with your internet connection caused the question to not submit properly on your end.

    I see that you found an alternate way to send the question. If you have further questions, you may ask a question from there and we shall assist you accordingly. Thank you.
