We cancelled our subscription halfway because our recruitment has ended. Why were we charged over $150 cancellation fee?

    Hello KimberlyClark,

    I did check your account and found that you first upgraded your account to bronze yearly subscription plan and then cancelled it. 

    I have gone ahead and processed the refund of your last bronze yearly subscription payment. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account. Your account is now downgraded to free plan.
