E-Mail notification stopped working.

    Hi there,

    The forms were working perfect! but as of the 3th of August the notification emails stopped working.

    I've tried to remove all the notifications and set a new one.. but no luck :|

     

    could you guys see what's going wrong!?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Your email addresses, iplanning@rocks-n-rivers.nl, nadinedingenouts@rocks-n-rivers.nl, m.mennens@rocks-n-rivers.nl are IN our bounce list.

    I removed them from the bounce and unsubscribe lists.

    For preventing that issue, please try to set your form notifications "Sender Email" to noreply@jotform.com.

    In addition to that, to prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list, kindly add the following IP addresses to your mail server's whitelist

    It worked for a whole of 2 days i think. 

    I started with changing the sender email to noreply@jotform.com but that didn't seem to do the trick very long.

    could you check if my all my email addresses are bounced again!?

     

    i'll try and check with our mailserver guy if its possible to whitelist the jotmail ip address!

    I've contacted our network manager and have send you guys a different more private question! so don't bother checking the bounce list (I've unbounced them already)
