GetResponse integration not forwarding contacts to GetResponse

Integrated GetResponse on my Jotform pages and chose the list that it should go to. But it is not getting to GetResponse even though it says I'm integrated on Jotforms side.

The Api is connected, I was able to chose the list I want it to go in and everything, as well as it saying that my integration was successfully added.

But no info in my GetResponse, how do I get the two systems to work together?

    Thanks!

I have cloned your form into my account for testing, and upon integrating it with my GetResponse account, new contact information was being correctly forwarded to GetResponse:

My campaign was named "jotform_testing_by_boris", and in its preferences, I've made sure to un-tick the box for sending a confirmation email to the customer - so that new contacts are added to the campaign automatically:

Please try the same on your end, and let us know whether it is working correctly after that.

You may also want to remove the integration, generate a new API key in GetResponse, and then set it up again. Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks! That was the problem and now I get the emails from jotform but the contact info does not go into the lists that are defined in GetResponse. Is there another step for the info to show up in the Get Response lists?

I did a test and integrated my form with GetResponse and it worked normally. Did you check if you unchecked the confirmation email options as my colleague suggested. To do that, you will have to go to getresponse.com and go to preferences:

    And then Permissions:

Make sure that all of the options are unchecked.

Also, please make sure that you are in the right campaign when you do that, also check if you integrated proper campaign in your form in JotForm builder.

If you still experience any issue please let us know.

    Thank you!

I have noticed that your form name field is currently mapped to the separate first and last name fields of the GetResponse. Since our Name field is combined, I would like to suggest mapping it to the Full Name field of the GetResponse.

Please try the integration with the next mapping settings.

I made the above changes. But still not going in my Get Response. Do you think it is because I have my 1st jot form forwarded to another(2nd) jot form page? Therefore, not going to Get Response?

I don't think this redirecting another page/form is an issue since the integrations or emails will be triggered before the redirection. Did you try generating a new API key? Also, please try removing the integration on the form and reintegrate using the new key and only with email field to see if that works.
