Please be aware that this is illegal because it's considered a phishing activity, which violates our terms of use. Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information.  The only services allowed to collect  such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

In light of this, it is a must to take any of the following options:

1. Integrate your form with any of our Payment integrations.  

Dwolla integration, is in particular a great choice for USA based business, it offers to accept payments with no fee per transaction.

I have removed the guilty fields on the said form. But you must refrain of making new forms like that, otherwise, we will be obligated to suspend your account and cancel the subscription.
