Why does the number of submissions not match the "count" on my pageAsked by StripedBassChallenge on August 09, 2016 at 01:35 PM
I have 81 submissions on a form. I have run the report and confirmed 81 submissions. I keep a couple of spreadsheets and always need to know how many submissions I have so that I don't miss any entries on the various sheets so the tallies are correct in the big picture.
Today the home page says I have 82 submissions. I have run the excel report again -= there are 81 submissions. I have counted them page by page. There are 81 submissions. Why does the count not match the submissions? This is very problematic for me.
I just checked your account, and I am able to see currently the "My Form" page is showing 84 submissions for your form id "60826368874166".
I am able to see all those 84 Submissions on the report page, and also the same 84 submissions in the Excel and CSV reports:
I think might be possible there is some issue related to Browser CACHE. So I would suggest you to please clear your Browser's CACHE, and check it again. Thanks.
