I want to add credit card number area.

I would like to inform you that collecting credit card information using plain text fields is strictly prohibited from Jotform. Adding one to your form will be a violation of jotform's terms, and will lead to auto-suspension of your account by our phishing detector.

To remove the suspension on your account, please delete the Credit Card fields on your form. Once these fields have been deleted, let us know here and we shall remove the suspension accordingly.

If you want to collect credit card information without charging it, you will need to use one of the available payment integrations in Jotform such as Paypal, Stripe, or Authorize.Net. You can check out our guide on payment authorization here: How to Enable Payment Authorization.
