I cannot see my formAsked by jlfolks on August 10, 2016 at 09:35 AM
I created a form and got a link....when i go to my forms it isnt there, but when i click on the link it opens the form. Where can I see this to see submissions
This is the link of the correct form: https://www.jotform.com/62217017560145.
Based on the History logs, it shows that you updated this form.
The URL that you provided is a custom URL that uses the account username and form title. However, it seems that you changed the form title after cloning it which is why the custom URL is not working.
In My Forms, you'll see the correct form which is titled as "Clone of PLMS BOYS BASKETBALL ORDER FORM". Please check the submissions of this form.
You can redo the custom URL to get the new URL or use this link instead: https://www.jotform.com/62217017560145.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
Can I get that original form back....the one that says volleyball?
This is the correct form:
The title has not yet been updated to reflect its new use.
If you would like to customize the URL once again, that can also be done:
