Adding quantity for open spaces for registration

Hi,

Under my product is there a way to limit the number of participants, perhaps coding to enter in under properties?

Example:

Choir Club 20 openings

Crochet Club 10 openings

Lego Club - we have 15 spots and as registration goes on it will subtract the number of partipants already registered and will not allow more registrants after the 15 is reached.

We tried it under gift registry, but are afraid by adding the quantity next to it that it will charge for 15 vs 1 registrant

I see that you tried using the Registry Widget to accomplish what you are looking for. This would work but it does not allow you to add a drop down to select item multiple times. I suggest you review the Inventory widget. This allows users to use a dropdown to buy a product multiple times.

Once you have all the items in the inventory widgets, you may use the form calculation to get the total price and place it in the payment field.

How to pass a calculation to a payment field
