I checked your account and it seems to be well below the limits for a free account.
However, I did notice that your email address is also connected to a guest account. Guest accounts can only receive 10 submissions, and the form on your guest account has exceeded that limit. This may be why you received the email stating that your account has reached the submission limit.
I have now moved the form from the guest account to your registered Free account. That way, new submissions will be counted on your Free account's limits, not the guest account. You can simply disregard the email that you received.
