Is there a way forms can be refreshed or a new one automatically reloaded once the previous one is submitted?

    My team complete forms to let me know the different calls and emails that they take. But once they submit a form, they find that they have to close the whole URL down and then reopen it again to get a fresh form. Is there any easier way to do this?

    Yes, that is easy to do. Simply paste the direct link in the Thank You Page option:

    In the wizard you'll see two options, choose the "Redirect to a external link" (also known as Custom Thank You URL)  and paste the form direct link in the field.

    This way, your users will get the form ready to get filled out again.
