When I try to add a payment tool, I get the pop up (see screen shot) that tells me I can't have more than one and I need to delete the existing one. I don't have any set up so how am I supposed to delete the existing? Why am I getting this message? I am not able to proceed with adding a payment tool.

I cloned your form and I discovered that there is an existing payment integration on it. Please check the screenshot below:
The form can only have 1 payment integration, so you need to delete this one by clicking the "delete" icon. If you want to edit the existing payment tool, please click on the "wand" icon.
