Hello, we have been working on a jotform from a computer that recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. When we are working in it, the SAVE icon just spins and spins for hours without saving any of the updates. Then we close out and the updates have not been saved. We have tried this under both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and had the same issue. Then we tried to update the form from a computer that has not been updated to Windows 10 and is still operating with Windows 7 and there is no issue- it saves quickly and the SAVE button does not spin and spin. Any thoughts?

Please try clearing your browser cookies for Jotform. The website will ask you to log in again. Edit your form and see if that helps you make the save button work.
