we pay for a silver package so I'm unsure why we only have a 100 submission allocation?
The account/username ABCASystems had recently been downgraded to the FREE plan because the subscription was not renewed this month.
Actually I found another account which is currently up to date and at Silver-Monthly plan.
Its the account ABCASystemsltd

We have paid silver in the past for both.
Manager has just informed me that there was a missed payment recently as his card details had changed. Can you please check to see if this is the reason for downgrade to FREE?
I could not find the record for the latest payment (the missed payment) for this month.
The last successful payment renewal was June 26, 2016.
It is normal for the subsciption to downgrade to FREE plan since it had already reached the expiration (monthly subscription). So the account expired July 26 and was downgraded later.
You can just update/upgrade the subscription again should you want to renew the paid subscription plan.
