Every time I try to to login it tells me my username and password do not match.

May I suggest for you to try to use the "Forgot Password?" option from our login page and see if that helps?
There you will be asked to enter your username or the email address associated with your account. Once you've entered your username or email address, click the "Send Reset Instructions" button then you should receive an email that contains the reset instructions for your password.
By the way, may we know the username of your account and the email address associated with it, please?
