    Problems with the Preferences menu

    I am experiencing this problem too.  Reloading the browser solves the problem only temporarily, and it's not long before I have to restart my browser again.  Is this problem going to be fixed?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Does this problem happens if you try using another browser? If not, then it is possible that it is a browser problem. You may want to disable add-ons or pop-up blocker like Adblock.

    It is also recommended to use only 1 browser tab for the Form Builder. The auto-save function could overwrite the changes you made if you have 2 Form Builder opened.

    It is also possible that it is a connection issue. If you are using a wireless connection, please try using wired networking to check if the issue is still present.

    Lastly, I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
