Sorry for the inconvenience. Does this problem happens if you try using another browser? If not, then it is possible that it is a browser problem. You may want to disable add-ons or pop-up blocker like Adblock.
It is also recommended to use only 1 browser tab for the Form Builder. The auto-save function could overwrite the changes you made if you have 2 Form Builder opened.
It is also possible that it is a connection issue. If you are using a wireless connection, please try using wired networking to check if the issue is still present.
Lastly, I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
