How can I access documents attached (uploaded) to our forms ?

Our application form includes a request for copies of licenses, diploma and other certificate.

I do receive notification fo new applicants and I am able to access this information but not any attachment .

The upload field on your form is not currently marked as required. It looks like that form users are skipping that field.

You might consider switching it to the required mode. Please also note that individual max file size is currently set to 1MB and can be increased.
