Google Sheets integration not working

We are happy to hear that it is working now.

We always suggest to re-integrate forms to Google Spreadsheet to refresh the integration, this normally solves this problem.

Thanks EltonCris, I'll keep that in mind should it happen again. This did also happen about a month or so ago too. I did not re-integrate this time because I was unavailable to do so and it just started working again without any change on my end. The last time it happened I did remove the integration and then re-integrated the sheet and a few times too. Several hours later the integration started working after it didn't matter as much. Everything that was submitted from earlier that day suddenly showed up on the sheet. I don't know if that information helps but I hope it does. This sheet receiving the submissions with minimal to no delay or "real-time" is a vital requirement. Seconds count more than what they are worth in "real-time". Otherwise it is crippling to our workflow. Anything I can do to help I'm more than happy to just keep us up and running please.

Should I reintegrate as a preventive measure? Like once a month or so?

I don't think re-integrating it once a month is necessary. However, you can re-integrate your Google Spreadsheet if you are not e.g. receiving submissions for a day.

So far we have been very much stable and the spreadsheet is syncing almost instantly. There may be occasional delays (probably a couple of minutes/hours) with syncing the queued data to google spreadsheet due to the number of requests we are receiving daily but rest assured it should come to its destination once queued are cleared up.
