1. Radio button options, for example "I have a question" and "I want to report a bug"
2. If they select "report a bug", more fields appear conditionally
3. If they select "I have a question" they are automatically redirected to the FAQ.
It looks like you can currently only redirect after they hit submit. is that accurate?

We do not have such option. You are right, the automated redirect is only available upon a form submission at this time.
