I checked your jotform account for "billycrisc" associated with you're provided email address and I found that your account is active.
The reason you weren't receiving any emails is because your email address ended up in our bouncelist due to being flagged for sending too many emails per hour.Result: firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
