A person within our company has left and did not give us their JotForm password and user ID. How can we get access to their forms? Thanks.

    I see that you are now logged into bmiller1963 account. If you do not have the password, you may request for a password reset from the login screen so that the password reset instructions will be sent to the account registered email address (bm*****r@tm****net).

    If you are referring to a different account, please provide us with the account username or the form ID/URL or the web page URL where the form is embedded so that we can provide you with necessary assistance.
