You have a few accounts with us, the one that is currently subscribed to our Bronze Plan is lvlabrescue (email@example.com). This account has exceeded its daily API limit, that is why you're getting the warning.
Here's your API status:
I checked the account and found out that you are using our Android and IOS app and this may have caused the limit.
API Keys are limited to 1000 requests for free accounts and 10000 requests for paid accounts per day. This limit will reset at 00 EST.
Note that the account is active and not being suspended. Please login to the account to view the statistics.

There is absolutely no way we used 10000 requests today.
Come on, something else is wrong. THe error I got told me to upgrade from a free account, so there's a glitch on your end, not matching that this is a paying account.
Hell, I'd dispute there was even 1000 views today.

Have you received any warning email as well asking to upgrade? Only one account "lvlabrescue" has form and none of the other account seems to have any form created yet.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I have just checked your account " victoriab23 ". And I am able to see the status of the account by which you are asking the Question is "Free".
As mentioned by my colleague, the API Keys are limited to 1000 requests for free accounts and 10000 requests for Bronze accounts per day. This limit will reset at 00 EST.
As you have multiple accounts, so can you please confirm in which account (username), you are facing the issues. Thanks.
