Is there a way to bulk download the files attached to a collection of submitted forms?

As often happens, the Google Drive sync with our form failed early on in the data collection process, and it wasn't until near the end of the entry period that we noticed uploaded files were not being sent from Jotform to Google Drive. As such, we have 100 some-odd entries, each with 5-10 high-res images, for which we need to obtain the files.

I've tried using the "Download Uploads in Time Range" when viewing submissions, but when I click it, it just says "Collecting" and spools endlessly (I've tried leaving it for more than 24 hours with no result), probably because of the large amount of data involved.

The only alternative I can see is to manually go through each entry and individually save each image, which would take days.

Please tell me there's a better way to recover these files. I have an FTP server they can be uploaded to if that helps.

We also have a newer feature that will allow for downloading all data for multiple forms:

    https://www.jotform.com/blog/data-export-tool/

This method may work better than the "Download All Uploads" feature.

This solved my issue, so thank you very much! But I agree with others that this would be even more useful/less cumbersome if you could do more targeted selection of exactly which data (pick forms, and even pick date ranges within forms) to export. But still very thankful to have this as is.
